-Knowledge gained through all the technologies we supported was excellent. -Made some amazing friendships with great people. -Pay was competitive - Good benefits

-Battling through inefficient processes. Difficult to bring change when the company is so big. -Culture at times was too "old school" cowboy mentality. "This is how we always did things. Why change"? -Certain positions were staffed by people clearly under qualified for their roles. This affected

Good opportunities for internal advancement, reasonable pay for some positions, excellent benefits

Cons

Absolutely toxic workplace. Sexual harassment, shouting, and crying are not unusual management techniques. Management stays forever because they would be laughed out of any other job.
