35h/week; adequate benefits; most people in non-managerial roles are great; fun Christmas party; free coffee; close to public transportation.

Cons

Job insecurity; untrustworthy HR, managers and directors; attempts to break work contracts by verbally demanding you perform tasks of a completely different profession; requires you to set a list of goals but ignores your accomplishments; no career advancement opportunities, lots of politics and silos, not a good place to learn and use newer technologies, high employee turnover rate.

None! most employees are unhappy. Horrible work environment. Harassment is tolerated and even encouraged in some departments.

Cons

Bad managers and leadership. Do as you are told even if it's wrong.

Favouritism Political game with all management Pay you very little Expect one person to do the job of 4 Menial pay increase Overwork you, no appreciation If you come from QC, you will get the job over an English speaker Constantly unimpressed with your efforts, no matter how above and beyond you go Frowns upon those who don't answer emails or not available after 5pm The expectation is to be working in the evening after your full work day Dictates when you can take vacation, frowns upon you taking any personal days Management is not sincere and do not take any feedback
