So many people, good people, not low hanging fruit but exceptional employees hit a certain salary threshold and then are let go without reason and management won't share, just casually suggest that said employee was not doing a good job. Some of these people had 30 plus years and were let go without explanation, just called into a five minute meeting and told to clear their desk. Director level and above have no idea surrounding core business, very task focused and refuse to listem to their staff and insist that the staff are just a bunch of "whiners". Very toxic. Employee engagement is an exercise by management in trying to figure out who said what based on the feedback, rather than actually listening to the feedback.

Management is horrendous at everything. They discriminate against women's rights and give the men higher pay and promote them but expect women to do more. Human resources will cover up if you file a complaint and then develop a plan to terminate you. Stay away from this company, save yourself some dignity.
