Pros

Was a very organized company and very professional. CORT was a reliable company. They treated their employees well. They offered 401k and benefits to their employees.

Cons

I felt management could've handled certain situations better. Not much opportunity for advancement.

Horrible Company who does not care about employees

Pros

The only thing good about the company is the benefit package and even that changes every year and gets worse.

Cons

Cort does not pay a living wage. Management does not back the employees on anything. Management is completely unaware of how to do their jobs and upper management is too busy trying to pay each other more to notice. Some offices go through employees like fish go through water and upper management pretends not to see it. The higher up in the company the lower the mental ability of the management. People who work there could not survive in the real world so they stay at Cort to make everyone miserable. The computer and billing systems are the laughing stock of the industry. Id you absolutely can not find a job anywhere else go to Cort, they hire anybody, but keep looking and RUN AWAY as fast as you can. Before they shut down your department and throw you out.
