The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Senior leadership is embarrassingly incompetent. It may have worked 20 years ago to "just sell furniture" and be an "order taker" but in today's world, no one had any strategic thinking. All "Yes men" to the CEO the big kahuna...
