      Good Benefits Good work life balance for office staff, uncertain work life balance for field staff.

      Cons

      Corporate office is a mess, which leads to miscommunication on an office-to-office level Lack of direction from management, results in not enough work to go around. Company seems more concerned about your time sheet than being fulfilled as en employee. This company is a few years away from being a successful employer

      Company allows exempt employees to bank overtime to use as comp time during slow work periods, general benefits are good and casual work environment.

      Cons

      Pay is substandard for the industry, including total lack of bonus incentive for all non-mgt employees. Work environments are non-diverse (100% open work spaces) and inequal in-office requirements based on location. All mgt are white males, most upper level roles are external hires rather than internal promotions,
