      Great Location and nice people.

      Cons

      Management says its a two way street, so naturally they ask you comply, but when you ask, its a NO. Favoritism is at its all time high.

      Pros

      Competitive pay and great benefits (transit, insurance, etc). Good work life balance. Management is very approachable and there's a lot of encouragement on professional growth. As long as you're motivated to learn, COWI provides the resources to help you advance in your career.

      Cons

      Miscommunication between staffs can be frustrating. Need to improve organizing and communicating efficiently within the project.
