Definitely fast paced and a steep learning curve, which is a great experience to have if you're up for it.

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture with outsized egos making arbitrary decisions. Incredible instability.

remote work, no need to commute

fewer public holidays compared to other companies, poor health insurance coverage with small insurance company, overtime work, teams were asked to work/stay online during holidays without compensations, dictatorial management style, little promotion or growth opportunity
