Upsetting and Biased Organization!

The salary offered was satisfactory, but I would have liked to see better performance-based incentives to motivate employees further.

Cons

I felt really upset about how some people in the organization were treated much better than the rest of us. It seemed like the founder showed a lot of favoritism towards certain individuals, and they always got promotions and opportunities while the rest of us were ignored and not appreciated. The founder's stubbornness in favoring just a few people created a bad work environment where hard work and skills didn't seem to matter. It was discouraging to see that no matter how much effort or talent we had, our work was overshadowed by biased decisions that hurt the company's growth and potential success. This culture of favoritism made me feel disrespected, and it eventually led me to leave the company.

Toxic work hard culture with lots of stress

I admit that I have learned a lot and I can use that knowledge in my future jobs.

Cons

Working here means dealing with disappointments daily. The pay is extremely low for industry standards. Even when hitting your KPI's your commission is still low. All they care about are sales and numbers and not actually scaling the company for large success. They love to pat themselves on the back about how great they are and how good the culture is, but the morale is terrible and the culture is oppressive and distrustful.
