It's possible to get transferred to other offices if you hate your manager, but it's not an easy process!

Cons

Our daily schedule was INSANE when the management said we'd have flexible hours! They obviously mislead us and LIED because it meant working on weekends and terrible long hours! BEWARE of all the LIES the management tells you because it will be your DOOM!

The bar for getting to be a part of the CSC team is high, so you're surrounded by very smart and driven people - AND they're fun to be around. The team is only focused on what matters, which means there's no drama or politics - either you can deliver or you're let go quickly. Casual dress code is a huge plus. As a recruiter, building out a start-up of this size means your successes are very tangible. AND those successes are rewarded monetarily. Good ideas come from everywhere and CSC is a company that thoroughly acknowledges this. Even though the hours may be long, there's flexibility. So early birds and midnight owls are all welcome.

Cons

There are long hours, but I wasn't expecting anything different. It's very much a start-up so there's room for improvement when it comes to training/on-boarding, but efforts are certainly being made. As others have mentioned, benefits are good not great.
