There is a strong sense of teamwork and that’s mostly thanks to competent supervisors and upper management. The training is great and you learn about the industry and the latest trends. Actually, I have developed my retail management skills. The role offers a lot of hands-on experience in managing store operations, including staffing and inventory managementIf you enjoy engaging with customers and helping them, this job can be really fulfilling because it involves a lot of customer interaction. The pay range is competitive for retail management positions.

Cons

Strict standards for customer service and sales goals. The work schedule can be highly variable, requiring flexibility.

I always have my co-workers around to help and guide me.

Cons

In CSC Generation, the management always makes terribly unrealistic demands and expectations. The work hours and workload are too brutal for my taste, and it's even worse when you know how mediocre the salary and demands are. If the managers want employees to be more productive, they should give us enough breaks to rest.
