Upsetting and Biased Organization!

Pros

The salary offered was satisfactory, but I would have liked to see better performance-based incentives to motivate employees further.

Cons

I felt really upset about how some people in the organization were treated much better than the rest of us. It seemed like the founder showed a lot of favoritism towards certain individuals, and they always got promotions and opportunities while the rest of us were ignored and not appreciated. The founder's stubbornness in favoring just a few people created a bad work environment where hard work and skills didn't seem to matter. It was discouraging to see that no matter how much effort or talent we had, our work was overshadowed by biased decisions that hurt the company's growth and potential success. This culture of favoritism made me feel disrespected, and it eventually led me to leave the company.

The worst humans run this company

Pros

Remote work. They are so incompetent in most areas that they leave you alone. They focus on stealing money from companies before shutting them down so they don’t really have time to micro manage - except in vendor payments (because they don’t pay them). Pay is typically good because they have a lot of money left over from not paying vendors.

Cons

Leadership is rotten to the core. They replace qualified leaders with their soulless cronies. I can’t believe that our country allows businesses to take over companies, take the cash, and put them out of business … then walk away unscathed. They manipulate vendors and employees. I felt dirty working for them. I am convinced the only positive reviews on this page are fake. No one would say these things. “Health insurance” costs $1100 a month and was mostly useless.

Pros

I occasionally disagree with the manager, but I was generally content with my pay in this job. I felt that my work was respected and appreciated, and the salary plan was quite competitive.

Cons

Reflecting on my time working at this company was an unpleasant experience, thanks to the bickering manager. The constant arguing and disagreements created a toxic work environment, which left many of us feeling stressed and anxious. It was difficult to get any work done with all the drama going on around us. What made matters worse was that the manager seemed completely untrained in conflict resolution. They had no idea how to deal with their team members' disagreements, which only made the situation worse. It was frustrating to watch them escalate arguments instead of diffusing them.
