Awful Attitude of Distrust Creates Disloyalty and Frustration

You can spend a few weeks here, and it will be a test of your endurance. It might make you stronger.

Cons

The attitude of the people in the top levels is horrible. They don’t trust anyone. They micromanage you and watch your every move. It’s ridiculous. Employees often feel frustrated because they are constantly being watched. They can’t avoid feeling frustrated. I felt the same. I left before the suffocation could kill me. Beware of the poor leadership and their tactics!
