Pros
It's honestly difficult to keep this section short. I never thought I'd want to spend more than a year with any company. I've been with Coalition for 7 months and can't imagine working anywhere else. The culture is amazing, everyone always tries to be helpful and supportive. Upper management is not only open to feedback, but actively seeks it and encourages employees to challenge the processes and see how they can be improved. The company has a monthly profit share, distributing up to 50% of the profit amongst the employees, and each department has its own goal set for another bonus for the members of that team. Not to mention the device upgrade plan, gym reimbursement, health insurance reimbursement, and education reimbursement. CT says they try to provide their employees with a better quality of life, and it shows! Your monthly KPI rating is objective, and from the day you join you have a plan laid out for you explaining what they expect of you in order to further your career with CT (and get a raise). I've felt valued at Coalition since day 1, and can truly say this is the best company I've ever worked at.
Cons
The only thing I can list here is the Time Doctor software. It takes a picture through your webcam every 10 minutes. Some people may be uncomfortable with this, but you get so used to it within a week you don't even notice it anymore. (You always have the option of deleting a picture if it's a bit unflattering, but the time associated with it will be too)
