Though the daily demands may differ depending on the position, neither Coalition nor its CEO, Joel Gross, takes advantage of hard work or insight. Rather, CT is effective at filtering and attaining talent that is driven to meet the demands of its clients. Its compensation structures (i.e. profit share, stock options, benefits, etc.) are designed to facilitate a competitive environment that honors strong performance and productivity.
