Pros

Coalition Technologies is a powerhouse of a company that's led by one of the most driven builders in the SEO industry. Joel Gross is a very intelligent CEO with an elevated sense of business acumen, leadership, and adaptability--all distinguishing traits that reflect upon the hard working talent at CT. He always sticks up for his employees and looks for new ways to make Coalition more effective and efficient. Coalition splits its workforce into several focused branches: SEO/SEM, digital marketing, web design, web development, and PR. Each division produces quality work that's generous against billable client hours and is led by managers who are on the cutting edge of the industry. Comparatively, CT consistently outranks other marketing agencies as far as quality, results, and professionalism are concerned. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the CT team and making an impact. The social atmosphere, as well as the many opportunities to hone in on your personal strengths, has kept me engaged and motivated since my start date. I can definitely attribute Coalition as a solid measure of marketing best practices and as a workplace that encourages innovative ideas and growth.

Cons

There seems to be divisive opinions about Coalition Technologies, but I have thrived as part of the leadership for over a year and can recognize how hard work and determination are rewarded. As with any other business, it seems that those who are most negative hold their opinions against an objective value. Coalition is not a place to stay idle, nor does its virtual workforce culture justify underperformance. Though the daily demands may differ depending on the position, neither Coalition nor its CEO, Joel Gross, takes advantage of hard work or insight. Rather, CT is effective at filtering and attaining talent that is driven to meet the demands of its clients. Its compensation structures (i.e. profit share, stock options, benefits, etc.) are designed to facilitate a competitive environment that honors strong performance and productivity.
