This company gets worse by the year. Our benefits cost more for the workers and worse medical care. Cut labor hours and expect us to use vacation time to cover lost production days. We need a union or they need to pay us more!

The production employees care about the product

Where to begin? The competent leaders left in 2023, got sick of being treated like garbage by corporate leaders. The current leaders have no clue what they are doing (literally) and the place is a disaster. The new HR lady is rude to the employees, will not help anyone and just sits with her door closed. What a sad place it has become.
