Pros

Mission-driven company with a clear purpose Remote work structure, which is a consistent benefit Two company retreats at rotating cities per year that offers an opportunity to meet colleagues in person Driven, dedicated colleagues

Cons

“Unlimited PTO” that is effectively unusable due to constant workload and staffing shortages Many meetings begin with employees acknowledging being overloaded, highlighting systemic workload issues. Startup environment used to justify unsustainable workloads, often leading to weekend and after-hours work Frequent last-minute fire drills create a reactive culture Strategic targets shift that teams struggle to maintain momentum

Pros

The company as a whole is doing extremely well, everyone that works there is truly on a mission to help people live better lives and it shows. Twice-yearly offsite meetings. A chance to work on new and bleeding-edge tech. Base pay is pretty good (not great)

Cons

Benefits are a joke (Crazy expensive) and get worse every year Micro-management culture No recognition for your work Extremely long hours, no work-life balance Engineering teams are extremely small for a company this size Reviews and cost-of-living adjustments don't happen, even after years at the company Important people and teams have left the company and their roles are still not backfilled even after many months, leaving large holes in coverage and responsibilities.

Pros

No pros unless it’s working from home.

Cons

Mission and goals move too fast to create actual results for patients along with a comfortable environment for employees.
