Pros

- interesting space with reimbursement tailwinds (APCM] - good pipeline of health system customers

Cons

- struggles badly to hire and retain experienced healthcare talent. Culture rewards volume over smart thinking, leading to burnout, churn, and a pretty toxic environment. - very little structure: unclear roles, weak or absent management, and constant internal competition instead of real ownership or collaboration. - leadership tends to “throw spaghetti at the wall” rather than take the time to plan. This shows up most during health system implementations, where mistakes are costly and totally avoidable. - growth numbers are misleading. What’s shared is mostly top-of-funnel (patient orders), while real engagement and retention are much lower. Many providers don’t see enough value to stick around, and the product feels niche. - company was clearly overvalued, and execution still hasn’t caught up to the hype.

Pros

- Company has over doubled in size this year - High growth and velocity - Very low attrition rates across the corporate and technical teams - Very high talent density across the board at the company - Company is very mission aligned - you are helping to save lives in the work you do and it's very rewarding - Modern tech stack - Lots of hiring happening in the technical organization - Company gives annual compensation increases based on market data (no B.S. performance reviews based comp) I've read some of the other reviews on this site and they seem a little disconnected from my experience at the company. A lot of people talking about burnout, but I can't recall ever seeing someone to be asked to work nights and weekends. Think some people just aren't meant for startups - it's not a huge corporation where you can coast by without getting your work done.

Cons

- Benefits used to be bad when the company was smaller but have improved significantly over the past two years

Pros

The company as a whole is doing extremely well, everyone that works there is truly on a mission to help people live better lives and it shows. Twice-yearly offsite meetings. A chance to work on new and bleeding-edge tech. Base pay is pretty good (not great)

Cons

Benefits are a joke (Crazy expensive) and get worse every year Micro-management culture No recognition for your work Extremely long hours, no work-life balance Engineering teams are extremely small for a company this size Reviews and cost-of-living adjustments don't happen, even after years at the company Important people and teams have left the company and their roles are still not backfilled even after many months, leaving large holes in coverage and responsibilities.
