Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth. With that comes high visibility and ownership is encouraged -- decisions are made quickly but thoughtfully.

Cons

Things are constantly evolving, so adaptability is a must. If you are looking for a place to kick up your feet and collect a paycheck, Cadence is likely not a good fit.

Pros

The company offers strong exposure to leadership and meaningful cross-functional collaboration. In this role, there are opportunities to build and refine processes, enhance reporting, and contribute to operational improvements. Employees are trusted with ownership and autonomy, which allows you to make a visible impact. The culture is collaborative, and leadership is receptive to feedback and new ideas. It’s a good environment for professionals who enjoy working in a growing organization and helping strengthen infrastructure as the company scales.

Cons

As with many growing companies, processes continue to evolve and priorities can shift as the business scales. This can occasionally require flexibility and adaptability. Continued investment in systems and role clarity will further support efficiency as the organization grows.
