Pros

Able to work remote but the company is forcing for a return to office.

Cons

Each department with their leaders/managers play a different role between each state and handle their teams different between each state, from pay, to time off, giving certain people opportunities for advanced vs others don't, schedules are different. It's all based on personal opinions on what works for them at that moment. Broken system on how the team is ran but with the same leadership team managing the same for years.
