Pros

Pay and benefits are great especially for positions outside of operations.

Cons

Cambia is overly corporate and you are just a cog in their machine. They will use you as long as they want and get rid of you without hesitation if cost cutting is needed.

Good work environment but disappointed in pay

Pros

-Work from home -The support I have gotten from supervisors and managers has been amazing -flex schedule

Cons

I recently found out the an employee who was hired the same date as I was, was in my same training class, and had zero experience, was hired at a higher pay rate than me. I have over 10 years experience. This was a gut punch.

Good place to get foot in the door for remote work

Hiring process is was easy

Cons

Too many levels of management promotions the months to get approved and there is no back pay from the date you were eligible for the pay raise
