Long term employees are rooted in old ways of thinking, lack of clarity as to job expectations (i.e. I was expected to design my own job, but got castigated when it somehow did not meet undocumented expectations), "cliquish" behavior among groups of female employees

Can't think of one thing that is a pro.

Cons

Processes are broken - they are trying to jump to scrum with absolutely no clue what that means, Systems are broken - open source with no clear reference architecture is a formula for diaster, People are thrashing - no clear accountability and no desire to be held accountable for delivery, and Leadership is entrenched and clueless - Director and VP level needs to be removed in their entirety.
