Pros

- Good pay/benefits - Flexibility/work-life balance

Cons

- Losing product momentum in market. Not considered best of best anymore - Internal decomposition of company culture - Seeing less & less of CEOs/co-founders - VP of Finance and CTO have left in 2024(never a good sign)

Pros

Sales leadership and the founders are very caring and involved. They want you to succeed. Above all else, everyone is there to help one another and lend a hand.

Cons

Metrics are visibly unattainable and out of reach. Management has yet to take a look at metrics, even though many employees are not hitting quota. It’s also hard to get promoted, and upward mobility seems to be out of reach.

Thanks for the critical feedback. Start-ups can be chaotic, but things are maturing. I'm confident we can continue to scale and address these issues. Appreciate your work while you are here!

Experience highly dependent on team

Pros

Competitive pay, opportunities to grow resume and experience, amazing coworkers

Cons

Many fast changes causing problems are blamed on 'startup' status but are decisions made by people hired or promoted for their expertise. Issues with diversity, including diversity of thought. On certain teams, differing opinions or approaches don't seem welcome, much less appreciated. Hard to overlook leadership demographics. It's still a good place to work, but if you're joining Customer Experience, be aware there's a lot of upheaval and it's not all 'normal.'
