Interesting tech. Potential to be a tastemaker in the market.

Cons

Lack of diversity is hard to ignore. Many teams look like the kkk after recent reorganization and management changes. Sales org is white male/female dominated and has trickled down to impact previously diverse teams. They clearly don’t want Black employees to be interfacing with customers. It’s disgusting.

-Great product ( but expensive) -Very talented group of individuals -Great benefits

Cons

- leadership is out of touch with the core workforce - they preach the typical “we are family here” bull that other company’s do but it’s all fake. - racism ,they push to empower POC in the company, but minimize customer interface and majority of layoffs are people of color. - they have a new 3 year plan every quarter that is constantly changing and people lose hope with the vision of the company. - toxic work environment due to leadership rewarding managers / directors that abuse the workforce
