There is nothing positive to report about the working environment. This CEO is a smart and kind individual but is out of touch with the daily workings of the office

Cons

The COO creates a chaotic environment. Encourages finger-pointing among staff is never in the office and does not read email. The COO tries to control every aspect of the company and does not rely on the expertise she has hired. The daily office operations is poisonous.
