Honestly there are none. BE VERY CAREFUL

Cons

Horrible benefits that they honestly pass of as a decent package. Pay is drastically under market. Administration, Management and owners clearly lack integrity in business practices. Not uncommon when physicians are owners.

Can be extremely busy and management likes to use scare tactics. Also nearly impossible to get a shift covered or schedule time off
