      Pros

      Remote work and able to use your own equipment.

      Cons

      They took away 15 min breaks, and had nonstop calls. Couldn’t even drink a sip of water without getting penalized. They listened to every call.

      Pros

      Working remote! The wonderful people within the company help to make the work environment tolerable. You will be taking inbound calls, and the callers are not always happy because they don't feel well. You have to learn to take it with a grain of salt and not allow it to get to you. If you do what you are supposed to do and show up to work - it is an easy job!

      Cons

      Increase of PCA pay. The calls can be difficult.
