Low pay / High volume calls

Pros

Flexibility. They have the option to choose a shift that works best for you and pick up shifts if you want to work additional hours.

Cons

High volume call center with too low of an hourly wage. They do not provide equipment and they do not provide a monthly stipend for using your own internet. They get you in the door by promising career growth but I have yet to see any opportunities after almost a year.

Company seems to enjoy helping and supporting their employees when they need assistance. Everyone is committed to your success.

Cons

Not a lot of area for growth and the pay is waaaaayyyyyy to. Low for the amount of work you do.
