      Pros

      The actual job is not the most difficult thing in the world. Of course it is time sensitive and there are things to memorize, but it is all pretty low stakes. The people I personally worked with were great.

      Cons

      Most issues came from upper management, they were micromanagers that focused too much on store level issues and asked us for exceedingly better performance without any support. Seldom listed to and valued our thoughts. Customers are iffy too.

      Free Coffee, fast paced environment, good for high school/college students.

      Cons

      Lots of responsibility falls onto the team members. Being in management is such a disappointment at times. There have been real family emergencies or tragedies that my team members have experienced and if they cannot get their shift covered or problem solve on their own, they will get written up. One time one of our team members ended up in the hospital and I had to write her up for lack of notice. Completely ridiculous. I'm not sure if it's a corporate thing, but your District Manager will breath down your neck and insist that someone has to be written up, either you or them. Additionally, being a part of the management team, you are severely over worked and underpaid. Holidays are required. Not uncommon for praise without compensation.
