The pay is EXTREMELY LOW, management doesn't hire for General Manager positions unless you've worked your way up, or it's convenient for them to just fill the position, no educational management background needed. Management doesn't follow labor laws and will have you work 11 days straight with 1 day off in between. During the time working there, you end up realizing the employees who care the most will never be recognized and instead be questioned as if you don't know how to do your job so your boss can look better than they are. Lots of bosses take favoritism, and allow other employees to criticize on personal religion beliefs to other staff. Every policy set it place is never followed up. Completely unprofessional place I've ever been at, and experienced mistreatment.

Poor management, Horrible customer service (from the managers), Terrible communication from higher ups. This is being sent after the Caribou located in Ohio had opened and I was one of the few people who were giving the opportunity to be hired and was very excited to be settling into a small little cabin and learn to make coffee. I had made plenty of friends in the three months I worked for this place and had only realized I was let go without warning. They apparently did a such bad job at advertising that they overhired and was losing money and reached out to 14 different employees and told them they were on pick-up status (I was one of these said employees) I agreed to the pick-up status instead of quitting as it seemed like the Manager that called me really wanted me to say I was quitting on the phone. I checked a day ago after seeing a shift go up on my app, to see I was logged out, kicked out of the work group chat along with others that also said they were good with the pick up status. I did not receive any email, text or warning about this and never even received a termination/warning while working for this company. It truly is a place that was ruined by management.
