Relationships between coworkers and customers are what keep you going

Cons

Pay is nothing great Being in charge of high school kids who often don't know how to perform their jobs can be taxing Communication (or lack of) with GM can be absolutely maddening, though I am sure that is a case by case basis so don't let that sway you. More or less feels like a coffee version of McDonalds

Great environment, doesn't pay enough, too much pressure

Pros

Its very easy to make good relationships with coworkers and customers, and the day-to-day work is very enjoyable.

Cons

The pressure from upper management to always perform is truly insane. I've worked at this company for over three years, and despite consistent exceptional performance reviews, was always told to keep doing more, keep helping other stores, keep coming in on my days off. I didn't have a consistent schedule or a life outside of work, because anytime I tried to have that I was told my "attitude wasn't right." I left Caribou Coffee because I was tired of working all the time and only making $29k a year.

Pros

Caribou Coffee is a great business that has a supportive culture and cares for its customers and employees. They also make great coffee! I was very impressed by the transition in operation due to COVID-19, Caribou adapted well to care for customers and team members. Great leadership from top down and clear communication.

Cons

No specific cons come to mind, I really enjoyed my experience.
