Pros

The agency offers vacation, personal and sick time. You also get all Catholic holidays off. Co-workers are very helpful and friendly.

Cons

• No increase in salary (maybe every 6-7 years) • upper management is like dictators • there is no one to speak to when u are having problems on the job. • they treat u like a slave when it comes to work. Management cares nothing about your mental health as long as the work is done • High employee turnover • CGS charge employees for medical insurance who was employeed after 2015 an enormous biweekly deduction •the pay is very low

In the last two and a half years, CGS HR has reorganized, created new policies and is now providing more supervisor training to focus on a better employee experience. Thank you for sharing your experience with us~we wish it had been better but we are committed to using this feedback to make CGS a great place to work. Specifically our single health insurance is extremely affordable and we have a great plan. Family insurance is definitely more expensive due to insurance increases in general. We can only offer increases when we get COLAs from the state but we are constantly doing what we can to improve benefits and lobby for increases for our staff. Our current senior management team is dedicated to the safety and well being of our employees and we will continue to do the hard work that is needed to addresses these issues.
