Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We have over 150 supervisors in 50 locations and we only realize there is a need for more training when we receive feedback from staff or requests from the managers. HR is planning to bring more training in for supervisors, as well as a dedicated Employee Relations team member to support us in our staff outreach efforts. We are going through a transformation with our team and we all hope that our co-workers feel comfortable bringing concerns, ideas, and other issues to us, so that we can provide the needed support to all of our staff.
