We know that we have been experiencing high turnover, which has been worse during COVID. However we are open to suggestions and would like to be able to address the concerns more proactively moving forward.

As you are a current employee I encourage you to reach out to HR at employeerelations@catholicguardian.org with specific concerns so that we can look into them. Corruption is a serious accusation and HR investigates all concerns that are brought to us. We have policies against this and we do enforce them. As part of our employee referral service we do often employ family of our staff, however, never in a command structure to avoid any concerns. If that has been circumvented, please report to HR. HR can assist with the first two concerns. Unfortunately we cannot control gossip by the employees. If employees choose to participate in that and no one is willing to speak up it is beyond our control. If it is creating distrust in the workplace or an uncomfortable situation, please reach out to Employee Relations for assistance.
