Upper and middle management listens to you. Hours/work-life balance was good. Training was good

Cons

Upward mobility seemed a little limited. Tech issues with products sometimes caused job to be a lot harder than it needed to be, but the people in the company made working there a pleasure.

They have some good people who used to work there.

Cons

You know you are selling a bad product that costs students tons of money and only adds to our national student debt problem. I felt like an evil person every day I worked for this company.
