      High salary, good benefits, parking

      Cons

      New management who only care about their title. No ethics, the elderly members are looked at as numbers, the management forces employees to work in an unethical manner. Who ever speaks up gets walked out as a crimimnal by security guard in front of other employees. Factory like environment. The case load is enourmous, the elderly members do not get the right care because management is using new hires to correct the problems which existed there for years before. Computer system is outdated, no compliance

      Pros

      Working with the elderly kepts you humble and grounded. It's a pleasure to learn from individuals that have truly experience life and can share wonderful stories with you. Staff is well compensated for the given area of occupation (i guess). Hours of operation is good. Work facilities are well kept.

      Cons

      Working at centerlight is an experience...Upper management can be fraudulent. I have seen some good managers forced to resign simply because an escape goat was needed. It is not clear what the true mission of the organization is really about (they read it to you but action speaks louder than words) While they talk about promoting from within it is difficult to move from non-managerial to managerial positions. I have worked there 7+ years and can attest to a high turnover, layoffs and burnout.
