Overtime on your own time: work load is HUMONGOUS however overtime is never approved. Too much paperwork which results in no time for the patients. Questionable management: hit or miss. Mostly miss. Disconnect in all departments. No structure. Constant threat of layoffs. Employees are the last ones to know about it. Very little care for patients. It's about money. Outdated working systems. Use of multiple systems that do not sync. No reward/encouragement system in place. Micromanagement is seems to be first to be tought to inexperienced management. Employees paying for "company organized" Christmas Party...... Enought said!

Poor communication, almost no concern for training or professional development, constant fighting between the VPs, people who want to accuse each other when something goes wrong rather than focusing on fixing the problem. I saw a lot of people who could be doing much better work if they had better support from their coworkers.
