competitive pay, good benefits/affordable premiums, good amount of PTO

Cons

Over the years it seemed to me that business practices became increasingly unethical, fraudulent. I felt a poor level of office support for field clinicians, and that patient care was not a priority to executive staff. I professionally resigned with a 6-week notice, only to experience retaliation from this employer.

Pay per visit is good. Was a great environment when it was Kindred at Home.

Cons

No flexibility, very low census, pushed to make visits even if patients won't answer phone or door/low attempted visit compensation, expected to use my own cell phone for business, mileage reimbursement is acceptable. Constant micromanaging from regional and corporate, tons of emails from upper management that in no way assist with daily duties and is more of a PIA to have to read and open and takes away from my daily duties. IT department is barely existent and not helpful. Constant changes to applications, benefits and programs. Becoming too difficult to work for

Flexible schedule but mainly due to low census

Cons

Low census, inconsiderate scheduling, disorganized, leadership doesn’t even know how to setup up new hire trainings I actually on boarded myself.
