Committed nurses and physicians, corporate discounts, slightly above average health and life benefits, room for advancement.

Cons

Non clinical staff are very underpaid and underappreciated. From front desk staff, environment services, transportation, and security officers. Administration has no concern for the average worker.

Benefits were reasonable, Hospital seemed to be always looking for more ways to improve.

Cons

Management did not listen to employees concerns that much. Employees were afraid of complaining too much for fear of losing their jobs. HR did not seem that interested really trying to help an employee with problems in their department. Management was in a disarray at times. Did not support staff. concerns or ideas.
