Pros

Good company values, lots of work! Free insurance also!

Cons

No work life balance, new boss works you like slaves and doesn't want to hear your opinion on anything. They don't promote collaboration at all and the current bosses offer no guidance or real leadership and seem to just throw things at the software to see if it sticks. Very chaotic here.

In CentraReach we pride ourselves with the great environment we have created for our employees; We have a very laid back setup with tons flexibility towards our employees to maintain a healthy work/life balance. We do expect a lot and thats why we hire just the very best in the industry! At this point we have a very diverse group of people all collaborating towards the same goal. Must also say the our super healthy and varied snack bar is very appreciated by our staff.

A “Best Place to Work” in name only

Pros

PTO Policy is really nice.

Cons

I had high hopes for CentralReach, but after seeing how employees are continually treated, it’s clear that leadership’s priorities do not include retaining or fairly compensating talent. Many of us have met or exceeded expectations, yet raises—whether for performance or even cost-of-living—are a rarity. Instead of meaningful compensation, we’re given Starbucks gift cards, as if a latte makes up for stagnant wages. Thank you, I feel so appreciated. Decision-making at the top feels shortsighted, like senior leaders aren’t truly invested in the long-term success of CentralReach. It’s obvious that we employees are just numbers to them, disposable and replaceable. The “best place to work” hype? Just that—hype. If leadership truly valued their people, they’d show it where it matters: in our paychecks.
