Harassment culture is real and employees are told they won’t find anything better so they stay for the stock, unlimited PTO but guilted for anytime taken off, lack of women/ diversity in leadership

After sitting and thinking for several mins nothing jumps out.

Cons

- exec leadership has no sense of what it means to build healthy/rewarding sales culture. - far too many promotions of inept mid-level managers - CEO looks around and points out how everyone is doing it wrong all the while ignoring obvious market trends. - many overpaid staff hired because they knew exec staff
