- great technology for remote work - skilled supervisors - access to a diverse clientele and staff

Cons

- expected to maintain 28 hours of clinical hours each week, not including documentation time - frequent sudden changes from leadership that negatively impact workers - extremely large team and unable to build meaningful connections with the team due to high workload, large team meetings, and lack of privacy (all communication is on company technology so you don't feel like you can vent or speak openly and get support about challenges) - benefits package sucks for families - work culture that doesnt allow for breaks and you will work overtime to meet clinical requirements

Charlie Health is a true startup environment. You will get boots on the ground experience be able to roll up your sleeves and put on multiple hats to help the company to fulfill its mission. You will be able to work with some of the smartest most talented individuals in the country. The recruitment process is painful and long but it makes sense why the people I work with on a daily basis are literal geniuses. The best part about Charlie Health is there is no dumb question, no wrong answer and leadership asks you to challenge everything. Innovation flows so easily from this type of model which honestly comes from the top down.

Cons

Start ups are rocket ships, especially Charlie Health (the rare start up that has true sustainability and longevity). Rocket ships are bumpy and sometimes scary. Individuals who do not do well living in ambiguity and who like to be comfortable will not do well here. Charlie Health will redefine a "fast paced environment" for anyone who joins, some thrive in this and others do not.

I get to make an impact on adolescents during a difficult time in their life.

Cons

My own mental health is regularly put at stake with more hours being demanded, more work being added on, I can't even properly document or focus on my clients. When you bring this up, you're put on the radar and probably won't be here much longer. How does a mental health company care so little for it's employees??
