I have been with Charter Technology Solutions (CTS) for close to 8 months now and I can confidently say that this is one of the healthiest environments I've worked in. The team consists of hard working, intelligent, driven, kind and fun employees. Everyone respects one another and the fact that CTS works with mission-driven organizations makes you feel good about the work you're doing each day. Leadership is transparent - monthly all-company meetings are held and employees are very comfortable asking questions of any type. The Founder & CEO is involved in all aspects - but in a great way. He's there to help, here's there to talk employees through and overall is a wonderful and caring individual. The customer reviews speak for themselves. You'll love it here!

I don't have any cons. The one drawback is that you don't get to work with your colleagues in person as a remote employee.
