Thank you for sharing your feedback and perspective, and for acknowledging the good things we have accomplished. We also concede that we are not perfect at CTS.
I am sorry to hear about your concerns regarding our team. This is the opposite of what we hope to deliver within our core values and our culture, where we place a heavy emphasis on communication, transparency, respect, and accountability. We continuously strive to improve our leadership practices to ensure that our team members feel supported and valued. The negativity you feel can be toxic, and CTS owes to everyone on our team to lead positively, acknowledge errors, and work collaboratively to present plans for improvement.
If you are still employed at CTS, I strongly recommend reaching out to our HR leader to discuss in detail the challenges you are facing and make recommendations about improving CTS in a constructive way. Your feedback is invaluable to us. Another way to provide anonymous feedback is through the weekly Pulse Surveys. I assure you that the feedback will be reviewed, and all actionable items will be prioritized.
If you are not at CTS anymore, first, thank you for your service to CTS. I know people have options, so I appreciate you working with us through our growth stage. Growth is painful, and we learn a great deal every year about how to improve. The success of these continual improvements is borne out by track record - growth in the high teens in team members, clients, and revenue, year over year, over the past 13 years. This is a journey, however, and I expect us to continue to do better. I only wish your experience was a more positive one at CTS.
