      Pros

      This is a great place too work with great people. Lots of training opportunities and the opportunity to move into other areas of interest. Fantastic team mates and a great boss. Work hard and we have fun. Great Leadership with lots of internal resources.

      Cons

      Cheap company travel--nitpick on every little thing. Commission targets change constantly and are not very fair. High turnover due to Commission targets and not as competitive compared to other companies.

      Work from home adjustment for the pandemic

      Cons

      Overtime required for holidays and certain weekends. Not valued as employees. We have to track our bathroom breaks and lunch breaks like we are working retail.

      Great tech, wonderful day to day peers. Good opportunity to break into cyber. Decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      If you’re in sales role of any kind, the OTE means nothing. Executive management plays games with quotas every single year. No visibility into annual comp plans until May! CEO makes ALL decisions meaning other managers can ONLY manage down. Bottleneck. Can’t keep talented people for long.
