My experience with Checkpoint so far has not been one I would rave about. A few months in and a lot of my internal tooling and access is still not working. The help desk team has pretty much given up on trying to get my access to work and suggest I use a Virtual Machine for access instead. The internal structure of teams is highly disorganized, making it hard to find and reach out to the right team when you need to pass something along. This next point could be specific to my team, but I've noticed a burn out culture that has been accepted as the norm, with the expectation of working off outside of your normal work hours. Not a good work-life balance.

-Commission OTE changes constantly, which is how they make sure you never get paid -Convoluted commission structure -50% OTE must be reached before commission is paid -No new business -No trust from Channel
