      Pros

      Good place to pick up new skills in different security solutions, but you have to learn on your own.

      Cons

      No work life balance what so ever High pressure environment Low salary No career path This company is very tight, you have to justify every cent you spent if you want to claim it back. Even for the littlest things. Limited training provided

      Opportunity to learn about security software. Great technology company. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Management constantly berates you to the point you are unable to focus on job. Focus is on the negative; not what you're doing well. Insufficient training - not what was promised. Complete work overload. Competition has aggressive marketing / Check Point completely misses the mark in this area.

      Micomanagement especially coming from the Israel headquarters. Definitely working cultural clash with Israel.
