      Generally a good place but sometimes too cheap on perks compared to other companies in the sector.

      Pros

      Great name on your resume Your work will be used by many Fortune 500 companies If you are in the right team you will be developing new interesting products Good life / work balance - no laptops for developers (except for team leaders and beyond) Developers sit in offices of 2-3 people, almost always with an outside windows and not in OS. Ergonomic consultation is also provided. Some perks - free lunches, dinners. Free gym including yoga and Pilates classes Stable - no mass layoffs just to appease the stock market

      Cons

      Too much legacy code to maintain (if you're unlucky that's all you do) Old development tools Reliance on propriety technologies instead of standard ones Compensation may be low compared to other tech companies

      Pros

      Good people, takes people on without much experience, gives you many chances to succeed. it is a very versetile company and there is always something interesting going on.

      Cons

      Takes new people without much experience, lots of legacy code and infrastructure to the point where is sometimes hard to implant new things, it seems uncaring about the people work there. low salaries comparable to the market especially for QA. it sometimes feels like the company doesn't want to spend money even when it is needed makeing you jump through hoops to get approval for simple things.
