      Poor communication between groups. No communication from upper management regarding company strategy. Information shared and disseminated throughout the company only on a select, need-to-know basis.

      Great place for professional growth.

      Cons

      CEO and some of the top and mid-level management should go home!!! They simply lack basic human skills. Seems like the senior management way of achieving goals is quite unclear - it is a very centralized company with poor responsibilities delegation.
