      Pros

      Constant opportunities to learn, challenging but rewarding work, great technology and product portfolio, great upper management team that provided support in the field, flexible schedule and good work life balance.

      Cons

      Hard to keep up with development of new technology and products, lack of brand recognition in the field, high turnover in sales, employee disconnect with senior leadership in Israel.

      Pros

      Strong historical market presence. Top notch research team. Very reliable work place. Good place to start your career (and then quickly move on). Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Very stagnant. Upper management very outdated. The spirit is "we can do everything ourselves, with fraction of the manpower". Obviously, this approach inevitably fails, that time or another. Too many failed products, and they just won't get discontinued. Cheapness where ever you check. For a company that relies on qualified manpower, it does very little to retain people. Work conditions are very outdated, and don't match the industry standards. Employees generally dislike the company.

      - Feels like family. Terrific upper management team in USA. - Big focus on employee education/enablement - Employee appreciation - Travel (pre-covid) - Work life balance is big at CP - Amazing company to learn at and work for

      Cons

      - Coordinating with Israel can sometimes be difficult - Company is not as well known as it should be (this is changing)

      Pros

      Big company that you can retire with If you stay out of politics (by being a manager or by caring too much and trying to promote stuff), you can free ride your career until retirement. Its also a great learning bed for experts so whoever leaves, will be able to use that knowledge and experience collected and use it in a more fruitful way

      Cons

      Old and Heavy - upper Management controls everything down to expansing the mouse you use on your desk (and more weird stuff). As an employee (and a manager) you are insignificant and a pion in this game

      - Upper management - Sales quotas are unattainable - Lack of marketing budget - Lack of innovation (or market awareness of their cloud products)

      Pros

      Check Point technology, stability are one of the best. But more important company's values. Environment is very nice. Excellent support from HR in every single aspect.

      Cons

      Upper management could share their vision about the company's future since it is trying to develop new products in new areas. Compensation is not the best. Other companies pay top dollar.

      -Lunch is covered by up to ~$8.00 every day -You can work as much overtime as you like -Flexible PTO -Personal growth (promote within) -Travel opportunities, mainly Canada and Israel if you are a Technical Support Advisor (company provides means of compensation) -Upper level management is very understanding and ask for you to share your thoughts/ideas with them -All product team managers are very understanding and easy to get along with -You have the ability to expand your product knowledge by attending training- after your shift or during the work day, depending on the subject. -Happy Hour once a month (no alcohol) with great food and drinks/deserts. -One big cake per month for to recognize birthdays and service anniversaries -Yearly raises/bonuses -Depending on how you treat others, it's like one big family

      Cons

      -High stress levels -Workload is way too high -Under staffed -Turnover rate -Under paid by a large margin (~ $20-$30k)
